Residence Inn by Marriott Nashville at Opryland

This Residence Inn at Nashville Opryland is dirty, understaffed, and amenities were subpar. We stayed five nights where our room was not tended to two of those nights. Kelcy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the front desk “Dave” was wearing sliders, a wrinkled shirt, and did not mention shuttle service which would have saved us money on the many Ubers we took. The grounds are dirty and the continental breakfast offered little. We would expect more from a Marriott, disappointing!

We only stayed one night but the staff was very friendly, the hotel clean, the room clean, the breakfast was delicious and FREE and the dining area was very well kept. Even the shampoo and conditioner was great. Honestly, I have not had such a wonderful hotel stay in a very long time. These folks are doing it right and deserve a big pat on the back and a raise for a job well done!

The property is very nice, but the "included breakfast" was very disappointing. As a Platinum rewards member, we have stayed at 500+ Marriott properties and this breakfast was extremely lacking in comparison. No bread (toast), no fruit, no waffle, only pre-packaged breakfast items.

Amazing experience! Spent the weekend in Nashville room was very spacious and super clean. Staff went above and beyond for our every request. I've never seen staff so attentive. Literally every staff member asked how my stay was, how my room was and if I needed anything! Wonderful hotel with great energy! Will definitely be returning!
