its okay i guess, when i went with the lady name Hoa she did my nails, i showed her the inspo and every time she was filing my nails she did it way to hard i literally felt like my nails were gonna rip off it hurt so bad. she didn’t fill the side of my nails right and when she painted them she left dark spots. Now im not sure that it was just the lady that did my nails or the nail salon in general. And pricy because they take more money away.

I REALLY wish I could give a better review. The staff is friendly and there's some great artists here. I even got my engagement nails done here! Unfortunately it just isn't clean. Tools are being reused on multiple customers without proper cleaning. Last time I got a pedicure my exfoliator tool was just wiped off quickly before being used on the person next to me. When I got my nails done, they used a single use file that looked like it had already been used on someone else. The surfaces aren't clean, nothing seems to be sterilized or wiped down, and I just felt yucky leaving. Like I said, I really wish I could say better things, there's definitely potential here if they cleaned it up a little bit.

I was already coming here when I lived in New Haven 2 years ago but had to move. I live in New Haven again now and I’m so happy I can get my nails done by them again. Always satisfied with the result and they always cater to your special requests and adjustments so you can get the nails that you want. Kind staff and clean place.
