Great location just a mile or so from Opry Mills with a Cracker Barrel just next door. This is a motel and is an older building with some remodel like new carpet and nice bathroom tile work. The linens were old and stained but the bed was comfortable. The towels are small, cheap and abrasive. They did have name brand lotion. The check in was quick and easy. I would recommend staying here on a budget.

The beginning of our stay was pretty good staff was nice and let us know what we needed to do paperwork wise when it came time to make our stay longer. The beginning of our third week there they staff member came up and knocked and said we needed to paperwork and sign some things, that was nothing new we knew we had to do that and there was never and issue with doing it when my family was up and ready for when we we’re heading to the hospital. About 45 minutes later the same worker called up screaming over the phone at us that we needed to come down and wouldn’t let us talk. We went down and she yelled yet again and was very rude, she then refused to set our stay up for the days we had already paid for. The staff including the manager is very unprofessional seeing as tho the manager heard her employee yelling at me and my family and continued to leave her office and leave her hotel. This hotel is full of unprofessional people and I would never stay here again.

Run from this facility. Very Bad. It has gone down hill. The front desk will lie about rates and charge other than promised. Room was sub standard. Dirty. Gross Bed . Poor A C . Stains in carpet. Phone did not work. Creepy people walking around . Would make a great drug house. Pool was beyond dangerous. Would not stay here.

Don’t stay here!!The first room they put us in the bedspread was covered in icing. The bathtub was full of water. The telephone didn’t wok The second room wasn’t much better the toilet was running over. We left liquor in our room the next day and the cleaning staff took it all when they came in the room when we came back it was gone. We complained at the room desk they were rude to us and wouldn’t do anything about it. Tried calling the manager several times she wouldn’t take our call. Worse place we have ever stayed. Don’t waste your money. The service is terrible!!

Me and my wife checked in and went to the room she gave us and it smelt so bad we turned the air and sprayed room air deodorizer in and went to eat supper. We returned and it still smelled like smoke and mildew and mold and I don't know what else. We went back to the office and told the rude night attendant and she well you can't have a refund and walked away. I called out to her and said we at least need another room so she begrudgingly gave us another room. We went to the other room and it was still in what she called the 3rd Bldg and it smelled just as bad. We went in and looked around and it had wallpaper coming loose. So I looked in the drawer of the night stand to try and find a phone number to someone for help this was terrible and when I looked in the drawer I found napkins with blood on them and my wife got physically sick. We went out and back to the office and she said that, that was all she could and was going to do and we were not getting a refund. I told her that, that wa
