Don’t let the pictures fool you. I booked a non smoking superior king room and the hotel also says no smoking. We walked into our first room and it reeked of cigarette smoke and mildew. It seems like they tried to cover it up with cleaning chemicals. After we complained, Sandy gave us another room but upon entry it also smelled like the first room. I have really bad asthma and wasn’t able to stay because of the harsh smoke and chemicals. I requested a refund but Sandy said she couldn’t give us one because management wasn’t there. Due to other reviews it seems like we won’t be getting a refund. Will update if they do decide to give me a refund.

Room was clean and great. Had to stay here due to my flight getting canceled (eat garbage, Frontier Airlines) and the staff made sure I was taken care of. The lovely bus driver picked me up from BNA around 12:45pm-1:00pm on 5/1/2022 and got me checked in with the equally lovely hotel attendant and they really helped turn my bad day around.

Super comfortable. Customer service at front desk while checking in was wonderful. Decent bathtub for a hotel bathtub. Cons: Next door dog continually barked throughout day time. Fan in bathroom runs super loudly, every time light is on. Only like 10 tv channels.

Positive: I really appreciate that the staff was very accommodating and very professional. They allowed me to have a double instead of a king with no up charge. They were very close to a lot of restaurants. The room was very nice. I like the free Wi-Fi w/o issues Negative: I wish they had a breakfast.
