If I could give them 0 stars, I would. My dad has been a patient of this practice for 20 years. He had a heart attack yesterday, was admitted to Banner Baywood Heart Hospital and 24 hours later, has still not been seen by a Cardiologist from this practice. We have reached out to them, the nurse has reached out to them and we were assured a Doctor would be there by 5:30 today. It is almost 8 p.m. and we have had no contact. This level of care is NOT acceptable.

Excellent group of doctors!

Couldn't get an appt for 6 months with Dr Sung after expressing symptoms. Got in with SW card in 2 weeks. I have a leaky valve but not very serious. I love Southwest Cardiology

I have been seeing Dr. Talle for 20 years and have had nothing but great service from him and all of his staff.

I one hundred percent agree with you Brenda...I am actually crying due to frustration because I cannot get through.

Apparently, the owner of TriCity Cardiology has time to answer random questions online, but does not have time to call their patients back. I contacted them on 5/4 and today is 5/13 and still have not received a response from them about adjusting my meds. I have no idea what I will do when my medication runs out. This is not only disgraceful, but unethical, as Medicare website says it is "medical malpractice when a doctor does not respond to a patient within TWO DAYS," not their repeated 72 hours mantra.
I was on the phone yesterday for over 2 hours waiting for them to answer. This was twice. I needed to confirm an appointment for the following day because they ((tri-city)) sent me a push message, that I wanted to inquire about. A recorded message came on, as I continued to wait, which said , "You have one time opportunity to leave your number, for a call back", that never came. 2 hours to no avail
Phones are a problem. Staff and doctors are great.
I see a cardiologist and see an advanced heart failure specislist. Great Cardiology department. Dr. Kolli and there are 2 others in that office.
Hi David! My parents both are patients at Tri-City Cardiology. Kahlon is their doctor & we are crazy about him. He is very professional & straight to the point when it comes to what he expects from them, as well as taking care of what they ask of him.The staff is full of super people always willing to help. The portal I have never been on. Im sure its helpful & Im definitely sure anyone at Tri-City will be more than happy to help you as well. Give them a call I think you will be guided thru your question and be using it afterwards. Have a great day. Debbie Dominguez
