I had a great experience at this hotel. The room itself was very clean upon entering on the first day. There is a minibar in the room as well which you don't see very often along with an assortment of snacks to pick from above the minibar. The beds were comfortable as well and I have no complaints on sleep quality. The shower in the room was really nice, but the water pressure was low so when trying to use the rain shower head the water just trickled out. As for daily room service I had a hit or miss on whether my towels were replaced on certain days. I had to make a request at least once so that I had towels on the following morning. There is also a rooftop bar at the hotel which was very nice and offered a good assortment of drinks to choose from. Lastly the restaurant in the hotel for breakfast wasn't bad, but could use a little more options for a higher end hotel such as Eggs Benedict.

The Westin is a 4 star hotel but only received a 3 star review for the following reasons: The towels provided to dry our bodies and faces were so incredibly old that they felt more like sand paper and looked just as ragged and tarnished. Room service doesn’t start until 7am which for those of you who wake up early for business or mothering, 7am doesn’t cut it. The room lacked mini bar/mini fridge. More importantly, the room did not have a safe to secure valuables. Also, our room did not readily have any robes to lounge comfortably around the room. Last but certainly not least; if you are looking for a hotel with outstanding spa services, this isn’t the one. Our services were rushed as we were the last appointments for the day. Lockers were prepared with robes and shoes, regardless of what size shoe/robe you wear. Staff was not very friendly or accommodating, perhaps they were ready to leave for the day. Overall-our stay was good and 3 stars were earned because it was clean and the location was good. Also, the restaurants on site had great food.

This is a beautiful modern hotel with an awesome rooftop restaurant and an additional couple restaurants on the ground level. Decker and Dyer restaurant (just off the lobby) has a brand new breakfast menu... The food is outstanding! & the service is terrific as well! Their breakfast service is open to everyone! everyday 7:00am to 11:00. Lots of great food options including healthier ones on the new menu.

This place is not safe for women traveling alone or staying in a room alone. Someone without a name badge had a key to the door and walked into the room while my wife was alone. Luckily, she woke up and ran to slam the door closed. I am here for a business conference and expected that the hotel would have trained staff or security to prevent men from bursting into the rooms of women staying alone. Aside from this being a trap for women, the service is not great. They are very slow to respond to any requests. The food here is very limited and the quality is similar to fast food. You're better off going to one of the many great restaurants in the area. The amenities of the room are not 4-star for certain. This place is, at best, a 3 star hotel where women are accosted. Overall, I consider this a sub-par hotel for executive business trips. I consider this hotel unsafe for women due to the happenings I mentioned earlier. Book at your own risk.

They have everything. Great accommodations.
Hey there Doug!! Westin Hotel has valet parking. Your vehicle would be kept in an "underground" parking garage (under the hotel at least)... or in a private lot next to the hotel. The only other parking option is to pay for parking in a lot on the same block as the hotel and walk to the hotel front entrance. Probably easier to just use valet. Depending on how long you stay... make sure you check out the newly renovated Rooftop Bar L27 and L28, you'll enjoy the view! Plenty of scenary and restaurants within walking distance of the Westin or as always you can catch an Uber or Lyft anywhere! Enjoy your stay in the great city of Nashville Tennessee and at the luxurious Westin Hotel.
You would have to see if aarp has the westin in there benefits package
Not sure. The main number should work.
Most likely not, they make as much as they can on special amenities
Hi Mandel, I do not see a reservation under that name.
