Just checked in and as expected the room is terribly disgusting. Lamps are filthy, toilet had pee stains, cealing has dust. These people need to pay attention to these things. The bathroom sink also has a leak, incredible. I would definitely ask for my money back. I even had to go and grab my own blankets and pillows for my car as I was traveling. Please do not stay here for $10 extra you will find something better, I guarantee you, please don't waste your time on this garbage hotel.

Do not go here. Horrible. Woman passed out in elevator. Rooms filthy and very un safe. We waited over an hour to check in then once we saw rooms we left. Went 3 miles north to the Hampton Inn and for 60 dollars more a room stayed in a very nice hotel. I would give super 8 a negative number if possible. Front clerk was on something and at one point fell asleep on counter and had to be wrested awake. Ridiculous

I waited today for over 1 hour to check in. I sat in the lobby and no one showed up. I will be requesting a refund. This place is absolutely horrendous. I pulled into the parking lot and as I exited my car a girl on the second level dumped her uneaten waffle onto the pavement. Then I walked into the lobby which had a strong smell of fabuloso and there sat a sign at the front desk stating they had to leave and would be back in 10 minutes. Almost an hour and a half sitting there and no one came to the front desk. Pull your camera footage and watch. I get old and used but old and beat down and dirty while getting zero customer service will get you out of business. Then the family we were meeting that made on the phone reservations also left so not only one reservation but two at the same time. I want my money back since I had to go somewhere else to get a room so I could get some sleep to drive home tomorrow. I will be contacting corporate office this is unreal.

The outside looks run down, the beds were poorly made, there was trash in the floor, one dirty towel, people standing around and we were followed to our room. It was loud. There’s a $100 cash deposit that we were not expecting. We left and asked for a refund. One lady was super rude and laughed. The other blonde lady was super nice and got things taken care of and gave us a full refund.
