We stayed at Hotel Indigo at Nashville. We were greeted by Heather and Andrea the “Dream Team” and let me tell you They were!! These ladies are AMAZING, they made our stay unforgettable and more.. From check-in to check-out. They were Best customer service I’ve ever experienced😁 Their energy and customer service was above and beyond. Also, Hotel Indigo is amazing , clean and gorgeous and room was superior! Walking distance to everything. I can’t wait to come back and recommend it to anyone who is planning on visiting Nashville. Thank you Andrea and Heather for making our stay unforgettable ❤️❤️

Great hotel with recent renovations to the lobby and bar/restaurant area which look great. Staff are some of the friendliest we have come across in our two weeks driving across the south. Welcoming, friendly and funny. Rooms could do with a little refresh but I’m sure that will come soon. Easy walking distance to Broadway and all the tourist areas. Would recommend.

Loved this hotel and will definitely be staying here again the next time that I'm in Nashville. Staff is lovely, the location is perfect (2 blocks from Broadway, short walk from The Gulch, and really close to the pedestrian bridge that leads to Nissan Stadium), the rooms are well furnished, and the room service menu is quite good as well. We ordered the Banana Pudding and were really impressed and thought it was some of the best food we have ever tried in any hotel through room service. The hotel also has a fairly priced valet. Highly recommend!

Positive: Nice hotel, everything was quick and easy. Great location, walked thru Printer Alley down to Broadway and back up on 2nd St. bar hopping. Good breakfast spots around the hotel area. Negative: Didn't like that the microwavewas in the lobby instead of my room. Also didn't like the surprise $45 daily parking fee, had I known...I would've flown!!! Learned not to buy bottled drinks from the hotel because they're way over priced.
