Staff was extremely accommodating. Midway through our stay, after a minor personal emergency we were unable to return to our 4th floor room. They quickly rebooked us in a first floor handicap accessible room, and even helped me move my luggage downstairs. An extremely stressful time for us, made so much easier by staff who was truly focused on their guests.

From the moment we got there there was an issue. We were told we could do early check in as long as we called ahead. Which we did but ended up having to wait an hour to hour and a half for our room. When we got to our room we looked over everything and there was a bug on the pillow on the bed closer to the window. Saturday we woke up and there were ants all over the desk/ dresser . We were given a new room after calling the front desk. We came back to the hotel to find out that our key to the room didn’t work. I talked to someone at the desk he didn’t know our rooms were changed and he said another guest had entered our room. There was no apology for the mixup. He fixed out keys and we immediately went to make sure all of our stuff was there. The staff needs more training on hospitality and they need more workers.

Wasn't the best experience I've had in this hotel, the elevator ended up going out of service while we stayed there, there were ants in the room and they infested my snacks, one of my friends who was also spending 2 nights there had to stay in the lobby because they couldn't handle the intense smell inside they're room, and the a/c unit cover ended up falling in my room without even tampering it, and we couldn't manage to get it back on. Still found it safer than some neighboring hotels but never really did enjoy the experience I had here.

Positive: There was nothing exciting about this hotel. It wasn't spectacular, but it wasn't bad. The two people tha5 work the front desk (I think the only two people that work there) were very nice. The breakfast is good and the beds were clean and comfortable Negative: The one negative thing I can say is, we git a wonderful view of a homeless camp. We didn't mind, we were joking around with them and asked if we paid extra for that wonderful view ¿¿

Parking can be crowded, they have a small lower level parking garage but the spots are limited and closely spaced, so bigger vehicles like trucks and SUVs may need to park in the upper level parking due to this!
