Always crowded and because of this your service gets slighted. They can't spend the time on you to give you the best service possible...everything is rush, rush, rush...when I go her I normally get the VIP Spa Pedicure and what they do to one for they don't do to the other foot. Rushing! For $40, I want at least an hour of leg massages and foot care. You want good service go at 9:30 when they first open, anything after that is rushed. Nail polish is acetone down to make it last, foot scrub is subpar now, and manicures are also subpar..eye brow waxing is ok, got mines done years ago and the wax ripped my skin off...never got them done here again, or no where else for that matter.

They are Always willing to accommodate my time frame, So far I've never had a wait. I've tried 3 different nail techs & all of them do good work that has lasted for longer than 2weeks.

After one week , paid over $100 and my polish & nails are chipped. Been coming for years but the polish and acrylic is cheap . They rush now and don’t take time out with your nails . Done with the service
