Down hill!!! Music is in another language. Conversations are in another language. No one smiles when you walk in. Go to L&K on street road!!! They are amazing!! The male manicurist is absolutely miserable (Ken I believe) Pulls on your hand constantly to move closer to him, doesn’t speak, burns you with the electric file, and talks in Chinese the entire time to the other workers. Very rude. I will not be returning.

Loved this salon but I live too far away now! Def check it out; the pedicures are good and I never had an issue with getting dip powder

Hit or miss depending on the tech. I forget her name but the woman who did my pedicure today was amazing. Jolin on the other hand did my full set and they look terrible. Inconsistently shaped/filed, cuticles look terrible, gel polish that’s streaked and pitted and already chipping eight hours later. Last time she did my nails I had to go in the next day to have someone else fix them. She tried to blame the polish that time but clearly that’s not the case…never had someone apply gel without a base coat so that’s probably why. I shouldn’t have let her do my service again after that but I thought maybe it was a fluke. Now I’m out the money because I had to go to work after my appointment and didn’t have time to make sure they were fixed.
