Really upset with the patient interaction. The hours are horrible to any one who works a full time job, they close for an hour at lunch, every time you call it goes to voicemail and you have to wait for a call back, could be hours or days. The person I was routinely seeing left, I had to see another doctor, then when I go to schedule my follow up they want me to see someone else. Seeing three doctors in a year isn't very comfortable in these situations. I feel like every time I go I'm waiting in the lobby well past my appointment time, which is extremely frustrating since given their hours and the last appointment being so early in the day.

I switched over to doctor Okomski from another doctor's office because I heard great things about her as a obgyn. I thought she has done a great job explaining things throughout my pregnancy. Midway through my pregnancy the midwife I saw every other visit left and I never got an explanation other then they had to cancel my appointment. Today they called me to cancel my appointment again telling me Dr. Okomski is no longer doing obgyn. So I have to see the new doctor. With 2 months left until my due date, it makes me feel uneasy and I feel that was unprofessional way of telling me by canceling my appointment.

Doctor visits are quick in and out within an hour which is a plus but i never really dealt with her but twice in 8months I always seen the midwife during visits and the last time I seen char. okom. She told me she was no longer gonna see me, I think she's retiring or something now I'm 8mnths scrambling looking for another doctor, kinda stressed cause I have a lot of unanswered questions that she never took the time to answer cause she always seem to be in rush.. a little upset but God got me

Dr Okomski's staff is completely unprofessional and rude, from phone calls to in-office visits. The office does not have an ultrasound machine or the ability to take blood work so you are sent out to get that done. My appointments were cancelled regularly or I would have an appointment card and when I showed up they wouldn't have it in their system. The office has an odd smell, sort of like urine. At my son's birth when I was ready to push Dr. O was no where to be found for about 20 mins. Completely unimpressed with their bed side manor and work ethic. I was asked multiple times to come in for unnecessary office visits I can only assume so they could bill my insurance. I will be seeking another doctor for my second child.
