We don't usually take our vehicles to a dealership for service, but we'll be returning to this one for any future work on our 2010 VW bug convertible. Friendly service techs, nice waiting area (tables between the chairs would be great for coffee cups) and very clean. Plus, they hosed the car off.

Worth the extra drive from Cape Coral. When my engine light came on and they were able to see me the very next day. I was so impressed with the customer service and the fact I could walk to so many great stores while waiting for my car. I even had my nails done. Highly recommend this dealership. Way better service then Ft Meyers

If you care about service after your purchase you may want to consider other dealerships. We had a few issues after our purchase. They did address some but, not all of them. They were a bit dishonest (which was really the worst part) and instead of just stating that weren't going to fix the issue. They tried to insist that it is how the vehicle is supposed to function and that it is just poor design.... We aren't used to recondition fees during a purchase and were told the reason for it was because they go over the car so that it works properly for the customer. I realize it is a used vehicle and things can be missed. It is my opinion that they don't really have a customer service centered mentality. Update: I had another minor service issue. Although it can be very frustrating to need service right after purchasing a vehicle. I guess that's part of buying a used car. I am VERY glad I gave them another chance. Thomas and Michael were great. The repair was done quickly and at a fair price. They made the process as easy as possible. I would not hesitate to return for future service needs.

My vehicle was damaged the first night I bought it and took them 3 months to repair the damage to the paint that they caused. My vehicle is a 2021. When my vehicle went in for service and I got it back there seemed to be more and more damage. The service department did not like the fact that I was upset about the damage or the false claims that were being fed to me. Once they got my car fixed after they damaged it they would not like me to come back. They wanted me to try another dealer. Now I am stuck with a vehicle with damage all the way around due to the dealer and have to drive 30 minutes out of town to get great customer service and all of my issues resolved. I have had an engine idle issue that I had been dealing with for months. Once a light came on indicating an issue which they diagnosed as a fuel issue. I was given a fuel additive and told to put it in myself, the vehicles engine code was cleared without repair. My paint has also been a big issue. Front bumper now has two spots that are defective and VWGOA refuses to clear them to paint it. Photos of conditions of how my car was returned to me will be left below. We have leased and bought cars here since 2005. I wish the GM would have done more than talk behind my back about the issues that were occurring. All I want is for them to buy the vehicle back and replace it with a brand new one or take mine back and I will NEVER touch another VW again. Please make sure if you do buy one look over your paperwork and vehicle after delivery. Management also needs some people skills on how to interact with upset clientele.

Strangely?? They are a VW and Honda dealer that’s why. That said if they’re not busy they probably would work on an Audi depending on the model. If it shares a platform or engine with VW than maybe they would. The VW dealer I worked at in Chicago would, but only if they needed the work.
