The main problem I did have today was that the highest response I can leave for y’all is a 5 !!! I would actually rate y’all a 100 or more ! I’ve yet to have a bad experience with y’all ! Keep it up ! Thank you. Teresa Butler.

Do you extract wisdom teeth? Do you ever refer out?

Maggie Halicek | Oct 23, 2020
Coombs, Ross and Sourlis Family Dentistry of Rock Hill, LLC | Oct 23, 2020

Our office can manage many types of tooth extractions, including wisdom tooth removal. However, if there is an unusual case, we’ll refer you to an oral surgeon for treatment.

How are you different from an oral surgeon?

Maggie Halicek | Oct 24, 2019
Coombs, Ross and Sourlis Family Dentistry of Rock Hill, LLC | Oct 24, 2019

Oral surgeons are dentists who have years of training to perform complicated surgical procedures. Keep in mind that oral surgeons do not perform cleanings, fillings, or other restorative procedures. In contrast, our office looks at the “big picture” and helps determine which teeth can be repaired and if there are teeth that cannot be saved. While most cases allow us to perform tooth extractions in the office, sometimes it is better to have an oral surgeon perform treatment.
