I had a package for the first time in customs. Rolando was very quick to get it processed so I could avoid storage fees. He also helped get some messed up paperwork done so I could get my package fast. I highly recommend this place!

Good afternoon. They have to ask a broker in Colombia. To leave the USA I would not pay taxes, only to enter Colombia. Thank you

Good morning Nancy. If the package is retained you have to ask the company that I use to send it to the USA the information of where to ask for its status. Customs communicates with them first letting them know that they need the consignee of the package to release it. Thank you

Question .. an American citizen who after 4. Years of living in. Colombia pays and how much taxes to bring your household to. Miami ?? Thanks for your reply

Hello German Thanks for your question. Personal effects are exempt from paying taxes to the United States customs, although the importation process is subject to the same regulations as a regular import. Let us know if we could assist you in anything else with your import. Best regards
