Good afternoon. They have to ask a broker in Colombia. To leave the USA I would not pay taxes, only to enter Colombia. Thank you
Good morning Nancy. If the package is retained you have to ask the company that I use to send it to the USA the information of where to ask for its status. Customs communicates with them first letting them know that they need the consignee of the package to release it. Thank you
