This has to be worst company ever. I sent a couple of boxes overseas and they guarantee to deliver directly to the residential. Now my family has to figure out how to get to their warehouse. If you charged me for a service you are offering, I expect it to be completed. I don't care for any excuses, if you can't fulfill the job just don't continue in business.

I had a retailer account hacked and several items purchased and shipped to this location. When attempting to communicate with someone there I was put on eternal hold several times being told "no speaka engles". A great avenue for fraudulent transactions

Worst Customer Service Ever they think this is Venezuela that they can talk to the people how they want . If i paid over 1k just for air freight and they are taking the cargo like any other shipment. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Are you guys letting thieves from oversea use your service to defraud businesses in US? We shipped products to you at customer# 54286 and just got the credit card chargeback as fraud. You guys should be liable for facilitating the theft.

The air pound to Venezuela goes out to 4 dollars it leaves Friday and Wednesday the shipments by ship delay of 15 to 21 days to 2 dollars the pound
