Contacted this company and specifically asked about having a vehicle shipped to Turks and Caicos. Was informed only the bill of sale and title is needed Vehicle arrived on tow truck and was then informed that they do not ship to Turks and Caicos any more So frustrating!

I delivered some goods to be shipped there, and the staff was prompt and friendly. They made sure the goods were checked in properly, and even helped me get some things out of my vehicle. Secured my palette right in front of me. Pleasant experience all around.

This company has no consideration for their customers and extremely poor customer service, especially at the home office in Nassau. When transporting my vehicle and personal items, this company did not take care or pride in making sure my personal items were kept in good shape. Broken tv, stolen laptops, stolen shoes, etc. I’ve been told not to use Betty K to ship anything to Nassau because they are known for things disappearing, but I had to learn for myself. You can’t pay me to use this company for freight services again.

I have not ship anything in containets but I have used several pallets before. 2 weeks ago I sent 1 pallet of 2 portable AC units and some mechanic tools. The dimensions were 48 by 48 by 25 and the weight was 200 lbs. The fee was under 100 USD. Just to let you know, the bahamian custom, agents there are very pity. They will ask for a manifest of everything you shipped. If you dont have it, they will not release anything to you. They even break down one of my pallets once and went through everything. But hey different countries, different rules.

Typically pallet cost between 190 and 225. However, Betty k is in miami so you will drop the goods off at 3701 NW south River Miami, Florida.

What I usually do, I would call the Miami warehouse first. Letting them know I have a few package delivering in their facility. As the Attn on each package, I would put my name and bettyk just in case anyone there can sign for it once the carrier delivered. There's a paper you must fill out for custom, you can do it over the phone.
