What we liked: We booked a two bedroom apartment at the last minute and didn't really know what to expect, but this was so different and unique compared to our typical stay at a hotel. They do contactless self check-in, and our concierge texted us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed which was super nice! Our apartment was modern, cozy, and we were close to a lot of neat places. The shared space was great, and the beds were very comfortable. What we didn't like: The online booking process is kind of lengthy and kept saying there was an error with my credit card, but eventually accepted it. Parking is provided but limited - and first come first serve. We stayed in the middle of the week though so finding a spot was relatively easy. The biggest negative and pretty much the only thing that I took a star off for was the complicated process of validating our parking. It felt like a lot of hoops to jump through with links, QR codes, etc., only to still find a ticket on our windshield the next day even though I followed the instructions? Not the best thing to wake up to. I've seen several other reviews stating the same issue. This is more of an FYI rather than something we didn't like, but if you are a light sleeper you might as well go somewhere else. Walls are very thin, you can hear other people very clearly. And this goes without saying but you're staying in the heart of Nashville so naturally there's going to be sirens and noise throughout the night. We are deep sleepers so it didn't bother us, but just fyi. Overall, the parking ticket issue was our only big negative. We still had a great time and really enjoyed the place!

We really enjoyed our weekend here. Our two bedroom room was roomy and well appointed. There is limited soundproofing so you can hear adjoining rooms pretty loudly. The biggest negative was the parking. Their parking is limited and if there's a show in town, you might not get a spot

This boutique hotel is two blocks from all the downtown action on Broadway. Our room is spacious and clean with all charm of a B&B. We shared a three bed two bath setup which allowed each couple their own space. We shared a generous common kitchen/living. The furnishings felt like danish modern with art to match. Our room needs a dresser or chest of drawers. The only complaint is the construction to the south-west which started at 6 am and the tower crane would swing and block the sat TV occasionally. Coming back and may bring 4 couples for the big room next time.

Very well put together space. Loved the decor, ambiance, and comfort of the amenities. Location is great if you're looking to walk down to Broadway, and is still far enough off the main area not to be disrupted by the late night music and partying. Very spacious and the full kitchen would be helpful for long stays.

The three bedroom has two bathrooms. One is jack and jill style with a vanity in the master bedroom and a vanity in the hall entrance. The other bathroom is in the third bedroom.
Parking is free on site!
