The location was perfect. Within walking distance of places to shop. The lady at the front desk was awesome. She gave us lots of ideas of things to do on a budget. The breakfast was a good, but whoever was supposed to keep up on the cleaning, needed help or something. I saw him a couple times but trash was over flowing and waffle mix was piled up where it over flowed for hours. The rooms were nice and quiet, no complaints there.

The best quality inn I have ever stayed at. Our room was very spacious and every single item in the room was Extremely clean! The staff was very friendly. I’ll definitively come back again when I stop by Nashville!

We had a perfect time staying at the Quality inn Opryland, keeping us close to one of the locations we wanted to spend time in, OPRYLAND there was lots of local bars and restaurants nearby too. With a very large group the staff was welcoming and patient with us checking in to multiple rooms. The shuttle service to Downtown was Great too for round trip fee pp!! One night we gathered in the lobby late to just visit and there was no problem with that. The room was nice enough for what we paid for a refrigerator did not work when we arrived and they had it changed out in 5 minutes. We really enjoyed the location. The only downside we had was the breakfast. When knowing that there was reservations in the hotel at the specific time, seemed kind of full, but not being able to service the breakfast area with enough food during our 4 day stay had us at question. We felt like they should have been more prepared and put the food out knowing the amount of people they had with reservations. We would return.

Easy access right off the highway. Quick and friendly check-in. The room was clean, water pressure was good. Plenty of hot water. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Surrounded by several restaurants, some within walking distance. Parking lot was well lit. The Tex-Mex restaurant right next door was great - highly recommended. I would stay here again should the occasion arise.
