The sink was stopped up. We had a non smoking room but you could smell the cigarettes. The bed was uncomfortable and the AC only half worked.

I am new to Tennessee, the lady was Pretty rude at night it was very hard to understand. But the manager was very nice in the morning and and extremely helpful!! The rooms were very clean didn't have any issues

Our room is so spacious. I really was impressed by the size and the fact we had a desk, chair and also a table with two chairs. The bed was comfy. Everything about the room was great.

The room was very unclean. The lady at the front desk in the evening is very unpleasant and needs to get the stick out of her butt. I know it's supposed to be a handicapped room but the only reason for being handicap room was wider doors and a shower stool? No roll in shower, lots of grab bars in the bathroom only on the walls and in the tub too high to grab if you're in a chair.$40 per dog per night I could have put them in a kennel and they probably would have had more fun and no room to walk them hardly any grass. I know it was a pet friendly room but there was cigarette burn holes in the bedspread. Would never recommend this hotel.Very unhappy definitely won't stay again ☹️☹️
