I enjoy adel taco but this is hands down the worst location of any fast food chain I’ve ever witnessed. There are a lot of good options in bend for better food and experience. Sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes. When I finally made it to the window. The lady attending the window was just looking up at screen the entire time essentially waiting for anyone else to do her job. As I sat there a lady came back to the window with her wrong order witch was mine. Then 10 minutes later I’m still sitting there watching the stupidity happen. They eventually had me a bag with not a single item I ordered and looked at me like will you take this…. I hand them My receipt and ask them for the food I paid for. I finally received it another 10 minutes later all cold and still made incorrectly.

You get a one star if you don't ask if customer wants hotbsauce, it my job dude with arm tats n facial hair that worked Friday night 8/12. Get home n I have to have the great hot sauce with my 14$ meal. C'mon. Edit..y'all gave the smallest large fry you can. Its half hr till close, that equals the opposite usually. I usually get so many fries from del taco, not this location. Aw Bend..let's try the taco y burrito now

the food was just a sloppy mess the person making the food was more worried about closing the the service of the product and food coming out and mind you this is a 830pm and the don't close until 11pm they told people inside they only will do Togo orders at 830 inside also saying they were closing lobby. it was the worst experience I have ever had I will probably never go to a del taco again

This restaurant is barely ever open. When it is, the food is decent, if not a bit overpriced. The chicken is usually good, and the fries are good if they are fresh. My biggest complaint about the food is the white cheese sauce they switched to is really gross. One of my favorite things there used to be the nachos, but since they don’t have the good nacho cheese sauce anymore, that’s not an option. Please bring back the yellow nacho cheese! Would be great if it was open more also!
