Upkeep and maintenance lacking. Management unresponsive in most cases. Used to be clean, quiet, friendly, and family park - not anymore. Seems the only focus is selling more homes, not taking care of the existing tenants. Very sad situation.

Horrible management for the past 2yrs!! She’s never at the office and when you have questions she leaves you the same or worse with no answer and her only response is “Well there’s not much I can do about it.” When I first moved there, at first the neighborhood seemed clean and well maintained. The management back then may have seemed older to most people but they certainly did a better job than the management right now. Now, they keep raising the rent with the excuse of maintaining the “park clean” but they actually don’t. I hope that corporate comes by soon to see how many defects the neighborhood has. Not to mention, the maintenance guy goes through the rent checks that people give… which doesn’t seem ethical at all. I feel horrible for the people that have been robbed in this neighborhood. I believe that the main reason that people seem to steal in this neighborhood is due to the street lights not working, and is a huge problem that we’ve been dealing with right now.
