Janine is extremely professional, attentive and was dedicated to selling our house for the price we wanted. She explained the things we needed to fix before putting it on the market, which we appreciated since we lived 4 hours away. This really helped for a smooth process and no back and forth. She immediately uploaded the updated pictures and scheduled an open house. We had an offer before the open house even happened from the new photos online. We did not accept the offer as it was a low-ball bid. She scheduled another open house. We got several offers. We accepted the one that bid the price we wanted (More than we thought we could get) and did not try and get us to pay anything extra like closing costs. She did a fantastic job of highlighting the important and upgraded parts of the house. We were over the moon. Closing was super-fast. Earlier than anticipated.
