Every person I came in contact with was very nice, all the nurses are great despite the fact that they had a super busy month in the deliverydepartment, I am very grateful for all the Doctor's and nurses I had. Thank You for all you do

When people go into the hospital emergency room they are sick or hurting n it does really help when the nurses are soft spoken n kind n concerning n gentle . But my experience has been the opposite, it more like the county jail. The nurses aren't kind at all... but rather rude n demanding ,yeah sort of afraid of them the way they act they diffently need training in this area of compassion n kindness n soft spoken ...do they forget they are a hospital not a jail.? I hate going here as I must because it's the closes n it has all my records but I dont like it.I also notice that the ER is dirty its not clean for as far as a hospital the floors are dirty in the corners dirty mop water dont they have someone check the ER rooms for cleanliness? Your libel to get sick just going there.

I WISH I got the name of the lady I spoke with bc she was the nicest and most pleasant person I’ve ever spoken to. I misheard her when she was doing her due diligence and we just laughed about it and it made me feel so much more comfortable about making the dreaded doctors appointment

I was sent to the ER by an Urgent Care facility because I was having chest discomfort, bulging neck veins and shortness of breath. The ER doctor would not do the test the urgent care doctor said I needed. He said he would do test if I wanted. When I said yes, he just did basic tests, not what was suggested. He diagnosed me with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. (An impingement between collar bone and rib.) Luckily I was able to get in to see a cardiologist within a couple weeks, and he immediately put me on medicine for my heart and did the test the urgent care doctor had recommended. (I didn't even have to suggest them to him.) I was diagnosed with Myocarditis. I had an apt with a Vascular Surgeon who agreed with the cardiologist. They both said Thoracic Outlet Syndrome had nothing to do with it. I disputed the charges, and over a year later, the hospital just informed me of their conclusion. I received the services, so I needed to pay the bill. Apparently they don't care what services they provide or if they help you, so long as they can charge you.

That's too bad. I have been in there for a car accident and had a wonderful experience. I was brought in by ambulance and triaged immediately. Perhaps it is based on who is working. Hopefully your day and theirs gets better.
Thanks for letting us know, Robert. We'll work with our IT and physician practice staff on improving the messaging system.
8 am to 9 pm
That hasn't been my experience. It's not first come first serve, it's triage.
Go to the four story building across from the hospital. There you will find the records office. I believe it's the third floor.

If they have you listed as a person that can receive information about them and their condition (s).
You can try their home page up top "contact us", and someone should respond. I blasted my issue all over social media and tagged them in it, and someone responded with a specific name and number rather quickly. I would try the contact us first.
