That's too bad. I have been in there for a car accident and had a wonderful experience. I was brought in by ambulance and triaged immediately. Perhaps it is based on who is working. Hopefully your day and theirs gets better.

Call the operator and ask for the patient advocate. She will change the way they treat you! If it doesn't, call her again
