Hello my name is MR.Bruce Mitchell, I'm from Augusta Georgia. But I live here in Waynesboro. As I checked many places here in Waynesboro,( JOBS), there was nothing to look forward too, that would pay a significant amount of MONEY, that you can be able to pay your bills and still be able to have a little something to take your family out with, and Still Be able to enjoy the rest of your week, as well as your weekend,with MONEY still in your pockets, Without feeling horrified, About the bills And the food, That you Have to provide for your family. So I went back to Augusta, seeking for other jobs that continue to send me to variety of Temps service jobs, that didn't hold out very long. Not that I wasn't doing a good job. It was just the job ended. I new right then and there I had to do something. I needed a long and steady job, that going to hold me up through some years, if I want to buy a house, and maintain my bills. So I went to Spherion, on a Wednesday,Thank God, as I talked with Miss. Kelly, and Miss. Laura, some of the nicest, of sweetheart ladies, that you for ever want to meet. They listen to my stories, that I had. As well as my problems, and my situation that I was going through.They set me down. And within that same week, I was told by Miss. Kelly and Miss. Laura, not to worry no more. As they told me, all I have to do was, show up everyday on time for work, do what I supposed to do while at work, mind my business. In other words, they was telling me not to get involved in nothing that seem to be trouble.. and you will be on your way to success. And they give me a very good warm smile, as I gave them one back. I shook their hands and told them thank you and may God bless you all. I literally had tears in my eyes, because they are so sweet, they talk with me with respect. They didn't just look at me just a person, that's coming in, looking for a job,.They didn't care about my color,. In which I am African-American. they were very concerned about Listening to me. And getting me a job That best fit me.as they continued to show there's concerned warm smile..As I witness them immediately sitting down,In their computer rooms,To immediately get this burden off my chest, to help me out,In finding a good quality job, with good quality pay,That will put a smile on Bruce Mitchell face :-).. And today! Remember, this is still the same week. It's, Friday I was told to come back For an interview. Just like that. WOW"Awesome. :-).As their whole staff,Treat you with respect And dignity. Always having a smile on their faces, as if they already know you Before,. As well as,MAYBE?!, they seem to have seen you before Because of There warm and nice Way of speaking with you, greeting you,. And really,If I Mr. Bruce Mitchell Would have to tell the truth about, SPHERION,That is What employees, and customers,are looking for. that's what a person needs. Especially early in the morning. I must admit, I must tell you all very beautiful and very nice young ladies that, YOU ALL'S TOTALLY ROCKS FOR REAL, FOR REAL.
