We have lived here for 12 years. The owners do not put money into the park but rent has more than doubled. The pool is nice. The roads are horrible from tree roots and the city of Bend maybe sweeps and snow plows once a year. Our neighbors are nice and we still love living in Bend. But honestly, I don't know what the owners use our money for.

Rent continues to go up with no improvements at all. Most lights in front of spaces are broken making navigation at night difficult. Poor management and no enforcement of rules and regulations although they love to create more to not enforce. Owner company is in California so there is no oversight or support to the local office. So many properties are run down and in horrible shape. I am embarrassed to say where I live.

Skum. No though of people, just the money they get. Worthless place, with high rental, they won't even take care if safety in lighting. My granny is 80 and they don't care, even when I said. Just plan skum. No stars....
