Visited someone who lives here & what a special neighborhood. It was like a sanctuary. The birds singing & the squirrels working hard were quite pleasant to see. Very calm, clean and peaceful place.

Beautiful homes, wonderful and friendly people, and the grounds are amazing. The park is well maintained and management on site. Love being able to see deer out your windows or while walking through the grounds!

Snowberry village is leased land and we own the manufactured home and the garage if it is attached. It's a quiet place to live. There is a fee which includes the land lease water sewer and mowing the grass and snow removal over 4 inches.
