We had a great stay here! Birthday trip and they made it a great place to be! Katie at the front desk is the ABSOLUTE BEST! She was so kind to our group and honestly made the whole experience even better. If you are looking for a place to stay that is not right on Broadway but is still close enough to walk, this is your place! The shuttle service was great as well:)

Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean and nicely situated in The Gulch. The staff was very friendly for the most part, especially Andee the shuttle driver and Chris at the breakfast buffet. There was one exception to this which was the rooftop bar staff, who seemed bothered by having to take our drink orders and serve us. Zero personality and customer service skills there. The rooftop was awful, as many of the cushions to the patio furniture were stained and worn, appearing as though they were left out in the rain-a poor reflection of the brand. It was however, very convenient having the hotel shuttle available to bring us anywhere within a 2 mile radius to save money on ride share services. There was some deferred maintenance issues in our room with loose floor tiles in the bathroom, as well as staining and damage to the bathroom ceiling above the shower (Room 506). Breakfast food was just OK, most of the food ran out rather quickly and was not replenished throughout the breakfast hours. It was just the basics- Eggs, bacon, home fries, muffins, cereal, bagels, toast, etc. Although we did not use it, the oversized whirlpool looked great, but it was rather strange that it was not just made into a pool, given it's large size.

They took great care of us here. Room was clean and the staff was super friendly! We also got daily housekeeping which some hotels have started to skimp on! The shuttle is a great benefit and helps you save a few bucks on Ubers. I would stay here again

We went to Nashville to see Garth Brooks at Nissan Stadium. This Marriott was the perfect place to stay: quick drive to the stadium, parking was easy, hotel was super clean and breakfast was great. Katie at the front desk was super nice and helpful. The staff in the breakfast room were attentive and also very nice. We will definitely stay at this Fairfield Inn & Suites the next time we are in town!!

Great hotel in the gulch!!
Absolutely not. We were charged $31 for one night. I'm okay with paying for parking, however, they didn't even let us know about the fee or cost until I questioned the charge on check out.
They have self parking and valet parking at this location. I drive a pickup and pull trailers. You would need to ask them because you would take up a couple spaces. But it could be done.
This Fairfield Inn is closer to the convention center n downtown. Very close to microbreweries
I think it was an industrial area where they have done some Economic Developmemt. Not far from downtown but there are several restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend the Peg Leg Porker restaurant if you want some excellent Nashville barbecue.
The Fairfield is outside of Nashville proper and is in a hilly area. There are golf cart like transportation services that can take you all around the city (if weather permitting; they're fun to ride in also).
