Was passing through here yesterday to buy a few things on my way home from Roseville. It was 7:55 when I arrived It was 8:40 when I left. Store opens at 8 but still no one was there. Saw many cars in parking lot and a few walked up to door and peered in. They too left after a bit more of waiting. So I ask...what gives? Where was the manager? I would really like to hear back from customer service about this. Your business hours are posted outside...

This used to be my go-to store for all office related products but not anymore. Purchased a shredder on April 29 online and did curbside pickup. At no time nor on the packing slip was I told there is only a 14 day return. 16 days later the shredder stopped working and Staples says too bad and will not accept the return or exchange. Now I am out over $100.00. This is worst customer policy I have seen.

We were greeted upon entering the store, asked if we needed help locating anything and directed where to get the item. Staff was friendly and helpful, not a common occurrence at a Staples store. We would definitely shop at this location again.
