Purchased an LC 3 jug rack, last summer 21 for my trailer. Mounts with 2 u-bolts. This summer 2022 it snapped while in transport, with nothing other than the 3 jugs filled with liquid. I realize it’s a year later so I wasn’t expecting anything. My main reason for calling was to advise them and others as this could have been catastrophic if I was driving on the road. I was just driving to the waters edge at the lake at about 5mph. Anyway I was blown off by the parts gal. Hope no one else has that problem.

Hello! I called 4 different dealerships and EGMS had the best price on a '22 Triumph Scrambler 1200. Ordered the bike and was told that it would be coming in 2-3 months. They called to tell me it was in after 4 weeks! All of the accessories I ordered were with the bike including a 15% discount coupon, and they even installed heated grips for free! Kevin was my salesperson. He was very patient, and answered all my questions knowledgeably. Christine was our finance/title officer. Very personable and pleasant. She managed a free Triumph hat to boot! At the end of the day, EGMS provided all I could ask for - and more. A truly great experience.
