Great experience overall. Told them my requirements and they pointed me to the right boot. Had a machine to give me the right shoe size and arch support. Yes it’s pricy, but quality, fit and lightweight makes it worth it

Sooooo I’m used to doing google reviews so please forgive me if this doesn’t come out right. Im kind of a young woman-40-and I have some handicaps, some that are obvious but sometimes not. It doesn’t really matter right? If you are handicapped, unfortunately you are handicapped. i parked in the handicapped parking spot in front of Red Wings. I got out and a man started yelling at me $250 $250……. im a very nice person so I stopped and asked how I could help or what he was saying, and again he said $250 and a fine! He then pointed at the handicapped sign in the spot I was parked in. I was confused and pointed out my handicapped placard very prominently displayed in my window. He said to me “wow, well you look great for being handicapped “ He walked into Redwing shoes-opening it up for the morning it seemed, and I was very embarrassed and just disgusted. Who does that? No one has any right to embarrass anyone. I literally have a huge blue placard very visbile in my front window. Just because I’m younger, I’m female, I don’t fit the handicapped stereotype does not give any person a right to harass another. I was so disgusted with his response-“well you look good f being handicapped “. I won’t be giving my money or business to him and I hope you won’t.

The store had a good selection of heritage boots. They shipped them to our address quickly. They were very nice and helpful. Will definitely use this location again.

This store has a good selection, knowledgeable staff and always help you out quickly. I've had about 15 pairs of Redwing boots for work and they've all been quality. My only complaint is the super thin and basically useless inserts that come with the boots. For the price they should check your arch and give you a better insert with each pair you get. Mine normally run about $225 and although there are pairs that cost more thats no cheap boot!
