I ordered a stuffed crust pizza on Aug 3 for delivery. When the pizza arrived at my house I noticed the cheese was missing from the crust. I tried 12 times to contact the store, I contacted the manager the next morning and she told me she would call me back. I never received a call and I spoke directly to the manager. We threw the pizza away and I promise you we will never order from Hollywood Florida pizza hut location again

This place is the absolute worse. They degraded me and tried to embarrass me. Literally just now. I got a coupon for pizza hut in the mail. I decided to use it the general manager Sonia said she's never seen one before and where did I get it. Asked me if I made it myself. I went on pizza huts website and put in my address and it gave me this store and I ordered around 11. At 8 min til midnight the driver calls and says he won't drive it here and that I was out of luck. Nobody else is really open after midnight that delivers and no car means no dinner tonight. Then when I call the store they put me on hold for over 10 min and I'm still waiting to see if they answer. Very rude

Buyers beware! I tried ordering a pizza and some wings and the app froze my phone for more than 5 minutes. I finally finished my order and there is no tracking on such app. When I received my $27 pizza and wings, order, the dressing for the wings was missing. I tried to call the store and no one answered. I called the “central” number and they disconnected me.Of course, I could not enjoy the overpriced wings and tasteless pizza after the $5 delivery ➕ tip. But, one thing I am going to enjoy, is to not PATRONIZE YOU, Pizza Yuck, ever again. And based on the reviews observed, I am not the only one feeling disgusted with your store, product and service. Bye bye, Pizza Yuck!
