I wish i could give 0 stars. There was a roach on the bathroom counter as soon as we entered the room on the first day. The shower was obviously filthy. They told us that we would have to be moved to a different room. Thus, we had to re pack all of our belongings after a long day of traveling. In our new room the electricity cut off twice, two days in a row. We were told that the electrician is βasleep at this timeβ and we had to wait until the next morning, on both occasions, to have our electricity restored in the room. The curtains had multiple dark brown stains on them as-well. I highly do not recommend this hotel. #DiscomfortSuites

Call the hotel once you have your bags. They will send a free shuttle to pick you up. it will be a gray van that says Cambria and hold about 8 people. It's a quick 5-10 minute ride. Our driver was quiet but courteous until we realized about half way to the hotel that we had left out bag with all our travel documents at the airport. Then he went into stealth driver mode. He hurried us back to the pick up spot in the pouring rain, honking and hurrying back as fast as he could. Unbelievably, the bag was still there, sitting alone outside the airport. Surprisingly, the airport wasn't shut down due to security concerns! ππΌππΌππΌ that would have ruined our two week vacation. Upon entering, there is a strong pine-sol smell. The front desk was efficient and cordial. The lobby is small. After getting off, there was a bag of trash in the hall. It was still there in the morning. The room appeared clean however the entry was sticky. The beds were comfortable but due to the proximity to the airport, you do hear the planes flying over all night. Bathroom was clean and there's a nice area to get ready. Coffee was not very good. It comes out of the machine pretty thick and very strong. Tre breakfast was not impressive. You have to ask the front desk and you'll receive a brown bag breakfast that consists of a Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich that you microwave yourself, an apple and a granola bar. The pool area was clean but unimpressive-just a basic pool that is surrounded by buildings. Once you go in, you have to go back to the front of the building to re-enter as there is no room key access back into the hotel that I could figure out. There is no shuttle to the cruise port but it was an $8 uber. Overall, it was a decent place for an overnight but I wouldn't want to stay much longer if I was on vacation. I probably wouldn't stay here again even though the staff is very friendly and without our driver, we may not have gotten our lost bag back.

The room was spacious and everything worked. They need to get Stanley Steamer in to clean the carpets as the socks I wore in room were black on the bottoms. Check-in was quick with friendly staff. I have deducted a second star star due to the fact that all they offer for breakfast is a grab bag. I'm sorry but using Covid as an excuse these days is very lame and I suspect is just a cost cutting measure. For $250 per night I expect better.

This Comfort Suites is amazing! The lobby and rooms are super clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, kind and very accommodating of our special needs. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone traveling to or through Fort Lauderdale. Right next door to the airport, too, with a free shuttle!! Thank you very much!

We weren't charged for them to pick us up from the airport or to take us back to the airport
check the internet
It's close, I don't remember exactly but it's close. 5 minutes by car
A couple of restaurants...not a lot. Closest is a bar and grill at the marina. The food was good.
Just ask the front desk clerk and they'll point u in the right direction
