Great staff at the watersports rental, reasonable rental rates, cold beer for after, hisden gem in the middle of busy Fort Lauderale. I recommend staying in the creek.and skipping the Intracoastal unless you really love seeing big ships.

We went kayaking and it was fun and easy. $6 to enter the park. There is a lot of parking, I don't think it would ever be an issue finding parking there. Kayak rental is easy and the staff is super friendly. If you go kayaking, it would be a good idea to carry money just in case you want to buy snacks or food in the Quarterdeck Restaurant (around 25-30 mnts away from the starting point). Also, there is a spot to refill your water in Dania Beach.

Really like the seclusion of this place. Not swamped with a brunch of tourist nor spring breakers!! Lots of grill and bench areas. Restaurant on site is very convenient - restaurant staff could work on their customer service skills.

Did not see breakfast options. But went during lunch. I don't think the menu changes.
I think they are allowed as long as you dont let them in the water, but im not 100% sure.
They also have moonlight paddles you can sign up for ,I have taken my grandson here it is fun.
