We try to be loyal to our vendors, but after removing our dryer and keeping it in their shop for months, it was returned to us and just plugged in. The vent hose nor gas line were reconnected requiring us to spend $250 on a tech from another appliance come out and finish the job. The Electrolux front loading washer and dryer we bought from them are also JUNK requiring way too frequent repairs and they’re not even two years old!

As a real estate investor I’ve checked out all the used appliance businesses in my area for my properties, but CSR Appliance is better and more than for used appliances. What I got is a wholesaler more professional and easier to work with than Brandsmart. I met the owners and they are welcoming and personable. Everyone in the office is pleasant and friendly.
