AMAZING!! Can I give it 10 stars? Beach BBQ right on the water. You have decent bathrooms and plenty of shaded areas. We had a blast! Can't believe this has been in my backyard and I never knew about it! 🏝 $4 bucks cash or credit for a car of up to 8. $2 per cyclist if you plan on biking there.

Wonderful discovery, dramatic landscape, sandy trails, great facilities including bathrooms, consessions, kayak and canoe rentals, picnic tables, pavilions, beaches, a jetty and parking +++

What an amazing park. Tranquility of nature, gorgeous beaches, walking trails, pavilions, picnic tables, over look bridges of Whiskey Creek, kayaking and so much more. Bring your friends and families to enjoy special memories in moments of time together. Annual Passes can also be purchased here throughout the year and don't forget, they offer a 25% discount for veterans 🤠.

It is hard to describe just how awesome this place was, it had a little bit of everything and was the perfect way to spend 4 hours before getting on a flight. It had some nice sandy trails, places to rent paddle boards, jet skis, lots of different water to swim in! Cool wildlife and a sweet little spot to grab a bite to eat and some drinks! 11/10 will go again!

During the week, there is a lot of space easy in and out. I SEE TT also at North Beach Park and free parking across the street also on 1a1 have a good visit
I just hosted a birthday party for my daughter this past weekend ands yes you have to pay to get in. Parking is included...$2 for a single person and if there's multiple people then it's $6 for everyone in the car.... they even have access to free wifi, if it's not too windy....... once you get inside theyre are free bench set ups with grills .....and also pavilion's you can rent for special events...... very fair price for a well kept park, only thing that can suck is the seaweed factor on certain parts of the beach but that was due to the sea being a little rough and the tide was comjng in........i dont think I've been to any state park that didn't have an entry fee.its not a big fee, totally worth it
The Park's name was recently changed from John U Lloyd State Park to dr. Von D Mizell................... note the boat ramp is still considered John U Lloyd boat ramp
Yes
Hollywood beach, Haullover beach, Miami beach. this coast, the faurther south, the less rocks
There is a boat ramp on site
Caffe food stand with seatting for large groups
Yep but bring stuff to clean it
r
$60 for 1 person, $120 for family
Ughh....Thank You Guys Do Yall No Any Beaches In Broward Where U Can??
Yes they have a great area called Whiskey Creek that offers Canoe and kayak rentals
All bike you want
You can. Call and ask price. I think it’s around 120$ Military widows, veterans can get a free lifetime pass
Because when boaters go fishing for dolphin you have to be in the water before sunrise and no one would use that ramp if we had to wait for sunrise in order to launch our boat. Boaters go strait to the boat ramp and do not use the rest of the park. As far as the cyclists I guess they do their rides really early to avoid the vehicle traffic.

Yes there are multiple outside public shower stations.
It opens from 8 AM to sundown, every day.
Although dogs are not allowed on the beach here, there's plenty of room for your leashed dog to roam in this 310-acre state park
I believe the nearest place closest to the ocean would be Dania beach Marina. It's between N. Ocean Dr. & N. Beach Rd.
Closes at sundown more like 7:00 p m. during DST and 6:00 p.m. EST
Yes it is
Sure. I did.
Yes you would need a non-resident license
I want to like the local guide with 19 pictures only I have no clue what is typed in the comments. Dania Beach Sea Turtle conservative and nature trails. Historical black beach. I think it says you smell luscious
No just off the 2 small rock out crop
Yes just contact parks department and they will send you the right way.
No fee for the BBQ, just entry into park.

You can bring an RV into the party during park hours. 8am until sundown (which varies throughout the year). There are no hook ups for RVs.
There are pavillions but dont know the particulars. Must be online.
Yes it is as long as you stay a good distance from swimmers
Unfortunately pets are not allowed, not even on a leash unless they are service dogs (which is different from emotional support)
No dogs allowed
You need to have a permit and a park ranger present. I have a friend who is a park ranger there. If you want to do an event with a bonfire you can call and ask for a park ranger to be at the event.
The state park is a great way to go. You can pay $6 for all day parking. They do rentals, though I'm not sure that you can rent chairs and umbrellas. Check the website or call and ask. They have a small food restaurant with merchandise. You can see tons of iguanas and other wildlife. There are usually loads of coral and shells to find too. Parking is close to the shore and the restrooms are even closer along with a water fountain and there are covered picnic areas nearby.
We have been to several Florida State Parks and we ask about the repairs. Almost everyone is stating about a year for repair completion.
I not shure....but south of the park, in Dania Beach there is a spot dedicate for dogs, I think the charge 5 pesos for each dog
I didn't see any place to rent any snorkeling equipment.
If you mean the rocks for the intercoastal then yes it kinda is
No overnight camping, but I have seen many RVs and pop-ups during regular hours.
Manatee pavilion is on the beach, and near the restrooms and whiskey creek bar.
Not far at all depending were you park there plenty of open parking spaces.
Daniel beach
Yes,during the day.The sand gets really hot so make sure you bring plenty of water and have shoes or flip flaps
If you got a boats you got to be out of there by 11 at night
Yes you can. Hollywood beach needs a permit for our dogs. That's why you pay to go into the park. I've seen dogs go in the water.
Yes
Yes, there is a separate area to park if you're bringing a boat
