The state park is a great way to go. You can pay $6 for all day parking. They do rentals, though I'm not sure that you can rent chairs and umbrellas. Check the website or call and ask. They have a small food restaurant with merchandise. You can see tons of iguanas and other wildlife. There are usually loads of coral and shells to find too. Parking is close to the shore and the restrooms are even closer along with a water fountain and there are covered picnic areas nearby.
Depending on the day and time, you may be able to rent chairs and umbrellas. Park on the street, there are meters. Plenty of nearby shops for water and food.
