This is a great place to stay. Its only a few minutes to the beach and management does a great job of keeping it safe and quiet. The price is reasonable and mgmt. is flexible having both weekly and monthly rates. The spots are decent in size I have a 37 footer and it fits easily.

Manager Steve seems to be a great guy. . Very helpful and friendly.. Neighbors are nice and no one bothers you. Quiet place great location and pet friendly..I would defiantly recommend for vacation or long term. Edit::: after staying there for several months id like to add watch yoir back cause there is some shady stuff that goes on in the office espically when steves away... Also dont get to close with neighbors you will regret it.

My mom is staying there in her RV. The managers are fantasticly great people. They have movie nights on a projector every Saturday. Pet friendly.

Good place to be and close to the water. We had trouble finding a place when we were first moving to Fl, due to having Dobermans. Unbeknownst to people they are extremely well behaved and have never had an aggression problems. Well Steve the park manager didn’t bat an eye. We’ve since been living here and love it. Any problems we’ve had Steve has been on top of it. Although there really hasn’t been any. Anyone that has caused trouble in the area has since been removed and it’s a quiet place. Everyone seems to get along very well. I can’t brag enough on Steve. I highly recommend this place.
