If you get windows or anything like that from Pro Build you will have a very hard time getting it fixed under warranty. The person that takes care of warranty is Holly. We tried for a month trying to get a call back from her. We left voice mail messages on her line. And we had enough we call and talked to store manger. It got her to call right away. Now the windows are ready to be installed. We missed her call and now again 1 1/2 weeks later still can't get her to call back. We just called Store Manger Shawn to tell him again we are having problems just as before. Buy from some where else! Not that good of windows for a $650,000 dollar house and all the windows of this type in my house the seal broke. Now they even want us to pay for them to be installed.
