I called last week to the west central council because I needed help since I was trying to request a troop number, and I was having some problems with the system. They were not very helpful at all and didn’t even try to help. That’s what I felt because they didn’t even bother in finding the best way to help. This is why so many people are not happy with this organization. They need people that speak Spanish. Remember, this state, Florida, and specially west and central Florida, are the most part Spanish speakers. I see this issue as a racist one since nobody is there to help the Spanish community. This is so sad and frustrating that I cannot even understand it!!! Maybe because of my accent, she didn’t even bother in helping me!!!
