I’ve lived at Magnolia for a few years now and I’ll I can say is that it is one of the quietest places that I have lived at and has friendly neighbors.

I would not recommend this place, not a well managed community with how much it costs for rent. Our things got stolen multiple times as there isn't any security measure at all (There is a camera but they claimed after our stuff is stolen that it has been broken) and there was pretty much no response from management (which is a standard thing from management team, took them forever to response to anything, if ever). Property is extremely old, they renovated the place a few years ago but it was so horribly cheaply done that you will find things broken here and there. Wall is paper thin. Also if you are not a fan of bugs, be aware that you will have all sort of things creeping into your house every now and then - ants were a big issue for us, then spiders, and unknown species I can't identify. Upon move out, they charged us a hefty amount even though the apartment was properly cleaned (it seems like they just wanted to replace everything). They will find any way to charge you extra, you've been warned. Maintenance team is the only good thing about this place. Look elsewhere.

Would give this a 1 star but management was nice, they’re just unresponsive and very hard to reach. Went on apartment tour during COVID so the leasing office was closed. I made an appointment at 1:30p and got there on time. I navigated myself from the virtual site map the leasing shared. Leasing said the available apartments would be unlocked, however it wasn’t. Called the management twice and texted. No answer. One went straight to voicemail and the other one, a lady off-site answered. She wasn’t able to resolve it and said the guy that was supposed to help me was on lunch break. I had to look for the maintenance guy myself to help unlock the apartment doors. The tour was an unpleasant experience. Advice to management: 1. Even if the site map is sent virtually, at least highlight the apts so it’s easier to locate. Also, please take consideration that we’re not familiar with the community so we wouldn’t know what MS and ML stand for...I would appreciate if you could specify the apartment number is in which building. 2. I understand lunch break is important, but I made an appointment so management should be aware of the time and plan in advance. If you’re OOO at a certain time, at least block the time off and let us know to book another time so you would be available to help out our questions. 3. Office is closed during COVID but I wish there is a way to reach management during my appointment time. It was hard to get someone on the phone, let alone resolve my issues.

It was absolutely amazing to live in Magnolia Square. Neat and clean community and maintained regularly. Staff is super helpful especially community manager Mr. Thomas Christensen during my tenure. he helped me a lot in during my move- out to same property of Essex. Maintenance supervision Mr. Arturo was always very quick in response to any maintenance request. Nice person. He is a real gem to the staff of Magnolia.
