I went here to inquire about availability and other information. Angelica whom assisted me was very friendly, helpful, and took the time to answer all my questions. She also walked me through the rental process. This was very helpful as this is the first time I will be renting on my own.

Stayed here during pandemic. I did not get my final H1B lottery attempt. So I had to leave the country and hence have to break the lease. Apart from leaving the country, the apartment management forced me to pay rent responsible which came to 4.5 grand. Very worst experience with them. I wrote to the community manager multiple time, I didn't get any leaway with them. Before actually breaking the lease I wrote the community inquiring about the charges - they did not give any heads-up whatsoever. Only after actually I break the lease they give me this ridiculous rules in the lease. Please go through the lease thoroughly before signing lease with them. Even after paying the said amount they kept adding random charges and asked for more money.

I lived here for a year in 2019 and it was a pretty good place. Management was pretty responsive and apartments were well taken care of. The pool was pretty good too. My only complaint was that the bedrooms are a bit smaller. But that might not be the same across all the units.

We’ve lived in this property for over 2 years, so the options expressed here are not just 1-offs, but instead are consistent experiences: The Good: The maintenance team (especially Mohammed), are fantastic! Even during COVID, they’ve continued to maintain the complex and fix issues promptly (and someone is always on-site) The apartments are decent, modern units, with W&D in-unit and ample extra storage on the patio The common areas are pretty, and well-maintained (other than the grills) As an Essex property, they are very flexible with leasing terms (including many term options). If you need to break your lease early and move to another Essex unit/property, they will only charge you $500. The Bad: The management and office team are abysmal. All we’ve gotten from them are broken promises, lack of communication, and failures to follow through. A few examples: When we signed our first lease, they told us they were planning to put in a dog park… that clearly never happened When there was an issue with the grills, their solution was to disconnect them so they couldn’t be used. However, there was no communication sent out regarding this. We had to ask the front office 3 times before they finally purchased 2 replacement grills 2+ months later (still, never sending out an email). To this day, the grills are barely ever stocked with propane They randomly decided to board up the hot tubs… AGAIN, without sending out an email explaining anything When we tried to renew our lease in May, they refused to lower the rent, even though the other open units in the complex were going for 10-15% less! In fact, they claimed they were “keeping the rent the same”, but secretly tried to add in a parking fee (which they later removed after When our pet got certified as an ESA, they were supposed to refund us the pet deposit and stop charging us pet rent. They did neither, and continued to charge us until I came to the office 3 times! After that, Marco promised the “refund check was in the mail”…. That never came, but it must have gotten lost in the mail right? Nope! They never issued it! How do I know? Well, after talking to them AGAIN, and them finally issuing it, it immediately showed up on our online account. Read the other reviews, and you’ll find that anything related to them paying you money back will not be resolved easily or correctly without way too much effort.
