Although I have lived here for just one year, I have enjoyed my stay here. I have a four year old dog and this is a very pet friendly apartment with plenty of space, small gardens with plenty of flowers and greenery and pet waste stations between the buildings to walk my dog. My furbaby was able to make new friends and have plenty of social interactions with many others of his kind in this community. Great location --> downtown Sunnyvale, restaurants, many tech offices, Caltrain station, grocery stores, banks, movie theater or even the weekend Farmer's market are at a walking distance which made my life super easy. I do agree that at times there are homeless people near the complex but it has been safe for me within the complex and I have never had my Amazon packages stolen (despite being left outside for days). The complex amenities are great too, and I have also enjoyed using the community barbecue grill. I have lived in many other complexes and I found the grill to be one of the cleanest I have seen so far. The management team really puts up a good work keeping the space clean and I have noticed the team sanitizing and cleaning the common spaces / amenities plenty of time while walking my dog. Jose and his maintenance team is very prompt at maintenance requests and super friendly. Will recommend this place for sure.

The experience of exploring the complex was great- straightforward, safe and efficient. The grounds are terrific and the apartment was just like it photographed which is a good thing and often does not pan out that way. Scott in the management office was very congenial, welcoming and informative. Your Google rating does not reflect my experience at all and I hope others will share the good things they have experienced during their visits as well as those who spend living there so this score can climb up to where it certainly deserves to be. (Please note I have nothing to gain from leaving this review and no affiliation to anyone who works here- I’m just a guy trying to get my relocation to Sunnyvale in order and I’ve focused in on this section of the city to live mainly due to proximity to my new office- it happens to be one of the better options on this section of N Mathilda-and it’s ranking merits a boost.)

There are so many things that this place needs to improve: 1) There are constant robberies that go on here. We lost 2 of our packages and cycle lights. 2) When moving in, there is hardly any cleaning done. The carpets were dirty, the entire house smelled of food, kitchen and microwave were not cleaned, unclean carpet 3) When moving out, there are considerable charges - including carpet and apartment cleaning! This was a bummer as when we moved in, we were given a unclean one. Anyways, I am happy I have moved out of this place
