Wouldn't trust this apartment availability. They put ads for available apartments, ask you to pay the necessary fees, send you the lease and finally say the apartment is unavailable. Now you have no apartment to move in, lost money for the fees as they will not return all the fees paid even though it's their fault for false advertising. Highly suggest not engage with Essex Group especially this specific apartments. Edit: The apartment guys have said they will return back all the fees involved.

Please stay away from this community! They falsely advertised an apartment as available without actually checking with the current tenant about their move out plan and didn’t have the courtesy to refund our application fee when this whole mess was their fault, causing a lot of stress 3 weeks before our move in date! We recently applied to an apartment that was advertised as available a few days before our intended move in date. We applied, our application was processed and a lease was sent. They then reached out to us about the current tenant not moving out as planned and said the apartment won’t actually be available until at least a week after our intended move in date. And because of this “unforeseen” circumstance they were only able to refund the holding deposit and not the application fee of $96. It’s ridiculous that we lost our application fee because we applied to an apartment that was falsely advertised as available and were expected to bear the cost for this “unforeseen” circumstance for no fault of ours! California laws expect tenants to provide a move out notice 30 days prior to lease end, the apartment we intended to move into was well within this notice period so they should have already known if the tenant was going to move. This community has been preemptively advertising apartments as available and extorting application fees!

I would highly recommend Via after staying there for almost 2 years. Via responded quickly when things did not work (for example, the lock lost power and Via fixed it the second day). When I moved out, the communication was clear. I was only charged a small amount of money (for the cleaning) which is totally reasonable.

Vanessa had been nothing but helpful during the entire tour process! I toured around 10 places before I made my decision and Via provided the most detailed and easy-to-understand brochure during the tour. I eventually did a same day move in and Vanessa was able to coordinate the paper work and the cleaning process in a timely fashion and made sure the entire process was smooth! Big shout out to Vanessa! The place is safe and there is a good amount of parking space. Package is delivered to your front door so it saves a lot of hassle.
