Constant break ins and theft. My entire family and friends have had their cars broken into, multiple times. Stolen, open packages laying around everywhere… very little has been done to improve security. They hired a guard for a month and After that never to be seen again, not even patrolling once a while, no security at all My wife is home all day and she also has said she hasn’t seen them at all. It seems like Lawrence Station management does not care at all for the safety and security of its residents. Even the glass in the garage from the broken windows was there for a week before it was cleaned up. Why do other smaller, non - luxury community apartments like my brother’s for example have constant security and we do not Especially when we pay such a high price for rent Inexcusable. If you value your belongings, safety and peace of mind do not move here. It also took them over 3 days to repair my ac when the weather was over 105F, I had to threaten to sue for them to do something. Read the countless other reviews before you even think about moving in here

The best part of this apartment is its quick response of maintenance request. The management had never failed to deliver satisfactory service.

This is the worst apartment I've ever experienced! DO NOT COME! At the beginning of my living here, my car was broken into and lots of other cars experienced the same issue in that half year. One of the BMW was even stolen. But, the leasing office has never compensated for any. Nor did they take any reactions. Another issue has been all the time is package losing that if you don't pick up your package as soon as it arrives, good luck. Recently, the apartment has been keeping fire alarming testing for 4 continuous days and decorating for more than 2 weeks. It's very very noisy that I cannot even stay at home. What's the value of renting a home with you then? Again, DO NOT COME!!! 0/100 experience I've ever had.

I lived at Lawrence Station for too long, having finally moved out recently. If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. During my time at Lawrence Station there were frequent car break-ins. I was a two-time victim myself (and all cameras were conveniently broken both times) and I always parked in the structure behind the gate. Our mail and packages were stolen almost instantly upon arrival. As a resident, you must keep the package tracking on at all times and run to the mail room as soon as something delivered - unless you want it stolen immediately. The leasing office staff is rude, unresponsive, and unhelpful. When Angie was there, she was good. Essex as a corporate owner of the property does not respond to outreach (much like the property on-site manager, Toni). They test fire alarms (all day from 9-5) monthly. While this sounds safe, it is extremely loud and disturbing and only required once a year by California law. They allow issues like smoking inside to go unpunished. During the height of the frequent break-ins, did the beef up security? No - they repainted apartments (which is also annoying). I have one positive thing to say. The maintenance staff was always good. Otherwise, I only have extremely negative feedback. In short, DO NOT LIVE HERE! I know I wouldn't return...even if they cut the rent price in half.
