I’ve been living here for 2 years now and I could say staff has been pleasant and understanding. Adam is a superstar Idk why he has so many bad reviews this man has treated us like family and I’m Hispanic. Rents definitely affordable and the upkeep is 100%. If you have any maintenance issues, everything has been done within minutes and they live on the property. Both of them are always friendly, and say hi. They definitely treat you like family.

Quick access to major freeways, management is very understanding and prompt with handling any work orders. Only issue I had was with parking, its very limited.

Ahwanee is a great value for its price. The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom at $2,500/month is the best deal we found - all other 2/2s were at least a thousand dollars more no exaggeration. The apartment comes very clean (e.g. bathrooms, kitchen, tiling, carpet, walls) and it's not grimy at all. The location could be better (not much within walking distance except a Dennys and Burger King) however again for the price this was the best deal we found. The property management staff are also super friendly and responsive. A warm community overall.
