My box always shows the channel. Make sure that you have configured your Xfinity box so that it recognizes that your audio is coming from your TV or from a secondary source such as a soundbar. It took me a couple of times making the box recognize my tv brand. Once I got this set up, I was all good to go!

Last time I was there, there did sell home security equipment and the there was decals and signs. But I do not remember if they would sell the signs separately, it may only for people who use their security system.
