I'm very disappointed and highly upset about how we are being treated about this vehicle we still haven't been able to drive. I put my hopes into the gentleman hope we could get the help we need for the van. Instead they were more worried about a payment on a vehicle we still can't drive. We had our license threatened to be suspended etc. Over 195.00$ payment we didn't want to pay because we haven't been able to drive the van a whole month, now going on two. When I told the gentleman we didn't want it anymore since we are receiving a difficult time. He got mad and hung up in my face. I was being respectful the whole time. An still was treated badly. All we wanted was our van to be fix or Swapped outLike you did all their other past clientsThat we've been seeing here on this very review List. I hate to give bad reviews and I do believe in working things out. But this is ridiculous and. We have kids and this is how paying customers get treated.
