Lived here 3 years and there are constantly roaches and management does little to solve anything. Their workers never stop working and only temporarily fix things every issue we have has always comes back and their loud and rude and will harass you if you question anything. Save your money for some place else this place is not worth it. The roaches are the worst part and they are in every apartment. You will have to bomb your place to get rid of them but they just come back. Doesn't matter how clean you are. I have never lived in a apartments this disgusting in my 30+ years. Can't wait to move out this year!!!!

I lived in this apartment for 3 years. Don't be fooled by appearance. The outside of the building may look old, but the apartments inside are spacious, fully renovated with brand new appliances, new cabinets, etc. The rent is reasonable. The best feature of this apartment is super high speed (1 Gbps) fiber optic internet included with rent! Its perfect for working from home and streaming. Bryan is the coolest manager ever! Very responsive and any service request is promptly addressed within 24 hours. It has a very well equipped gym. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Its also 5 minutes walk from Safeway and many restaurants.

Great location as it is 2 mins walk from El Camino Real, and Safeway is 4 mins away on foot. Apartment units are spacious, have in-unit washer-dryer and new kitchen appliances. Best property manager ever - always responds very quickly and goes out of the way to help us, such as keep packages on our door if they're delivered somewhere else in apartment building or store packages in his office if we're out on vacation. All the maintenance requests have been serviced promptly during our stay of 2 years. We're moving only due to a change in location of office, otherwise would have continued to stay here.

I would like to give this place a 5 stars rating because of its Management. Bryan is a very good Apartment Manger. I have never seen such a good Management before. He is very quick and responds back in no time. Very helpful person. As far as the apartments are concerned I have stayed at this place for more than 2 years and had no issues at all. This place has has very well maintained apartments. The location is quite and the fascinating thing about this place is its Gym. I really loved this place and had to leave it just because my job location changed or else I would have stayed there for a longer period of time. Staying in Sunnyvale this location serves you very well. This place is very near by to Bus stop, Grocery stores, Panda Express and the most important is the El Camino real. I would recommend this place to everyone who is looking for an apartment in Sunnyvale.
